Physical award keepsakes
Physical items require a delivery address. Available shipping options, charges and applicable tax are shown before payment. Shipping is currently offered within the United States. Contact info@unfoldraliterary.com before ordering for other destinations or for current production and dispatch timing.
Personalized award items require verification of the recipient and confirmation of the personalization. For invitation-only items, we confirm design, shipping cost and dispatch timing before sending a payment link. Carrier transit begins after dispatch. We will contact you if a fulfillment delay affects your order and provide any options required by applicable law.
If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect or missing, contact us with your order number and delivery details. See our refund policy for the all-sales-final policy and mandatory legal rights.
