These terms describe how Unfoldra Literary's editorial services work. Contact info@unfoldraliterary.com with questions before ordering.
Scope of your order
Your selected package covers one book and one manuscript version. The purchased number of editorial reviews, included written interview, optional website feature, quote graphic and certificate consideration are described on the product page. Editing, proofreading, press distribution and retailer customer reviews are not included.
Pricing and delivery
Prices are in USD and depend on review count and manuscript length. Any applicable taxes appear at checkout. Delivery is digital; no shipping is required. The assessment timeline begins after payment and receipt of an accessible, complete submission. Missing materials or a manuscript outside the selected length tier may require a revised timeline or corrected order.
Honest assessment
Payment does not guarantee a favorable review, rating, award, publication by another organization, or sales. AI-assisted tools support assessment and preparation as explained in our editorial policy.
Your materials and permissions
You must have permission to submit the manuscript, cover, biography, photograph and related materials. You retain ownership. You authorize their use to complete your order; public features and extended excerpts require your permission.
Cancellations and concerns
If you need to cancel, contact us promptly before assessment begins. Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed based on work already completed. Contact us if a deliverable is missing or contains a factual error so we can address the issue.
Publication
You may request private delivery before approving website publication. We may make corrections, update links, reorganize the website or remove content when necessary. We do not guarantee a fixed level of website traffic or third-party indexing.
Use of delivered material
You may use your delivered review excerpts and certificate accurately in your author materials with attribution. Do not change the meaning of a review or claim recognition that was not awarded.
