Information you provide
This may include your name, email address, order number, book and author details, manuscript sharing link, cover image, correspondence and newsletter preferences. Shopify handles the store and checkout. Payment details are processed through the checkout providers rather than through our submission form.
How we use it
We use order and submission information to provide the service you purchase and communicate about it. With your permission, book details, cover images, biographies and interviews can appear in public features. Newsletter sign-ups are used for the email updates you request; you can unsubscribe.
Service providers and AI assistance
Our store and editorial workflow use service providers for hosting, payments, communications and manuscript assessment. AI-assisted tools are used to help assess manuscripts and prepare editorial material. Relevant submitted content may be processed by those tools to perform the service. Do not submit confidential third-party information you are not authorized to share.
Manuscript access
We do not sell or publicly distribute submitted manuscripts. Share access only to the files needed for assessment. Do not send your cloud-storage password. You may contact us to request removal of submitted materials when your service is complete.
